By accessing and using ProHours (the “Service”), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, which constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Projeects® (“we,” “us,” or “our”), the owner and operator of ProHours. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

ProHours is a time tracking and project management application owned and operated by Projeects®, designed to help individuals and teams track their work hours, manage projects, and generate reports. The Service includes features such as:

Time entry logging and management
Project and client organization
Team collaboration and member management
Reporting and data export capabilities
Workspace customization

3. User Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
Ensuring your contact information remains accurate and up-to-date

You must be at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to use this Service.

6. Subscription and Payment

ProHours offers paid plans that provide a set number of time entries (“Entry Limit”). Plans may be offered as subscriptions or one-time purchases, depending on availability. By purchasing a plan, you agree that:

You will pay all applicable fees based on the plan you select and the payment method you choose (manual payment, PayPal, or Stripe, when available).
Paid plans increase your Entry Limit, and any remaining unused time entries may carry over and be added to your updated limit.
Plan purchases are generally non-refundable, except as required by applicable law. If you have questions about billing or payment issues, contact us at info@projeects.com.
We may update pricing or plan limits with reasonable notice.
Failure to complete payment may prevent you from purchasing additional time entries. You may continue accessing and editing existing data unless your account is suspended for policy violations or security reasons.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service (ProHours), including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Projeects® and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

Scheduled maintenance (with advance notice when possible)
Emergency repairs or security updates
Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
Third-party service outages (e.g., hosting providers, email services, payment processors)

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PROJEECTS® SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE PROHOURS, EVEN IF PROJEECTS® HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL PROJEECTS®’S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO PROHOURS IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

11. Account Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account for breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, non-payment, or at your request. If your account is suspended or terminated, access to the Service may be limited or disabled.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the Service. Continued access to ProHours may require you to review and accept the updated Terms upon your next login. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Costa Rica, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of San José, Costa Rica.
